From June 20 to July 3, 2025, the public organization “Zerkalo” conducted four focus group discussions with representatives of civil society organizations across Tajikistan, two online and two offline.
The main objective of the events was to identify and prioritize practical needs and existing gaps of civil society organizations in applying the monitoring and evaluation methodology outlined in the M&E Handbook, in line with the National Human Rights Action Plan of the Republic of Tajikistan until 2038.
The activities were carried out under the project “Strengthening Civil Society and State Capacity in Accountability and Torture Prevention through Human Rights Initiatives in Tajikistan,” with financial support from the European Union.
