From July 21 to 25, a Summer School on Human Rights took place in Khujand for young lawyers. The event brought together 25 students and young professionals from various law faculties across Tajikistan.
The objective was to provide participants with in-depth knowledge of international human rights standards, the role of lawyers in promoting and protecting fundamental rights, gender equality, digital rights, and child protection.
The program included discussions, practical exercises, and experience sharing led by national and international experts.
Organizers and support: the school was organized by the public organization “Dunyo-i Huquq” with the support of the Perspectivity Fund and funded by the European Union, under the project “Path to Justice: Strengthening Human Rights through Torture Prevention and Penitentiary Reform.”
